I moved into the West Point Commons community in June 2024. I would like to give a huge shout-out to our maintenance man Shane. This past week Xcell energy has been replacing our old meters for updated ones. As I was working on my computer, there was a short outage then right back on. A few minutes later…my power went out! Realizing mine was the only one in our unit w/o power I contacted Shane. He arrived shortly and the 24 hour adventure began. Shane’s commitment to finding solutions to the problem by working with Tracy, Xcell, and D & D Electric was impressive. Shane checked on the progress, kept me informed, and even fixed my garage door. He is a hard working, dedicated, and thoughtful person. I appreciate and am grateful for everything you do. Thanks Shane!!

Due to some leasing issues at my prior apartment, I was in a huge rush to find a place. Tracy at West Pointe Commons has been MORE than accommodating. Her and her team went out of their way to turn an apartment exceptionally fast for me (and they did great job!). Since then, everything has been easy and her and maintenance have been quick and responsive. Thank you Tracy for the great experience thus far :)

If you are looking for a place to live, I highly recommend West Pointe Commons. If you are looking for a nice peaceful townhome community this is the place for you. The new management team is amazing and are always welcoming and whiling to help. They answer promptly and as soon as they are able to. They have great costumer service skills and are always inviting. Hope is the new manager and she is absolutely amazing. Seems like she is cleaning up a mess from previous management. The maintenance team is outstanding, they do a great job with service request and are also always willing to help out. They are super friendly and easy to talk to. They always have a smile on their face and take care of issues as soon as they can. I again, highly recommend this place.

We have been looking and dealing with several companies. I have to say, West Pointe Commons, Hope and all her staff, were/are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and answered all our questions in a professional, quick responsive manner! Organized!! We were / Are impressed... ;) The grounds... clean and beautiful! Our townhome... clean and gorgeous! We couldn't be happier being a part of this beautiful and Friendly community!! Anxious to meet everyone! (other "Mgmt" co. we dealt with was horrendous!!! Absolutely NOoooo communication and Constantly repeating our conversations and needs. So happy we moved past them, still waiting on their approval from applying with them!! :( haha)

West Point commons is one of the best apartment management teams I’ve ever dealt with. I bought a new house and needed to end my lease early. The management here were able to get my lease cancelled without charging me a dime for breaking my lease early. I also got a larger amount of my deposit back than I was actually expecting! The units are very clean and all of my maintenance requests were followed up in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend these units to anyone looking for a nice place were they will will get treaded well and fair.

West Pointe Commons has been a great place to live! Management is super nice and great to work with. Maintenance is great; requests are completed in a timely manner and I appreciate the phone call to make sure someone is home and if not if it's okay to enter. The townhomes and nice and updated. We've had no issues hearing neighbors through the walls, in fact sometimes I forget that the walls are shared. I've always seen the clubhouse/pool/gym tidy and clean. We love that it's a very pet friendly place with the dog park and extra grassy areas with dog bag stations. The only downside is that the streets are narrow and the driveways are small, which can make it challenging for guests to find a place to park.

The community is very quiet, & at the end of city limits so it's really nice not being in the middle of everything. - Great maintenance Team (Cameron was great with super fast response time) - New appliances with up to date design and cleanliness. -Easy access to Interstate highway -Very small driveways but my neighbor has to park his extended truck sideways to make truck fit. -very helpful staff/leasing agents - no one above or below you & walls don't let any sound through, very peaceful when needed. -great snow removal & summer landscaping.

We got a 3 bedroom townhome bigger than our house back in Oregon for 2/3 price. Access to a park which is perfect for our kiddos, fitness center, and a pool for when the weather warms up. Julie is the best landlord ever. She is quick to resolve any issues, readily available at all times, and she’s so friendly when we see her outside. One of the other things we enjoy is the online rent. We don’t have to worry about lost checks or money orders which is something we encountered with past rentals. We’ve truly enjoyed living here.
